About Miranda Berkhof
Some of the most powerful forces in leadership are invisible. My work helps leaders notice, name, and navigate what truly drives them.
After two decades of working with leaders transforming leadership, I’ve seen one truth again and again: the biggest shifts in leadership don’t come from more knowledge. They come when leaders begin to see what they hadn’t seen before — about themselves, their team, or the culture they’re a part of.
My work focuses on exactly that: creating spaces where leaders pause, tune in, and begin to lead with more awareness, presence, and depth. I design and guide leadership journeys that go beyond skill-building to transformation — rooted in real-life complexity, honest reflection, and the courage to grow.
