I am an executive coach and leadership facilitator with a solid background in business strategy and executive roles.

Having first-hand experience as an executive myself, I thoroughly understand the challenges and expectations leadership presents, along with the constant invitation to evolve.

Today, I partner with senior leaders and executive teams across industries and geographies to strengthen how they lead, guide them through meaningful transitions, and help them shape leadership practices that create lasting impact — for themselves and their organisations.
